"Pogue Two" - Rocket Ship Watch Parts Painting
Mr. William Pogue wore a Seiko 6139A movement in the watch he wore in 1973 on his mission to Skylab 4 on the Saturn IB rocket.
Making it the first automatic chronograph ever wore in space. Created this watch parts painting to honor that, using a variety of parts from the Seiko Pogue watch and the full movement. Other watch parts used were the Pepsi Bezel make up the rocket ship and yellow/gold "water 70 resistant" dial.
One extra part not from the watch is the extra Mainspring from another Seiko.... to make it look way cooler with two!
